Job Details

• Post: Area Sales Executive
• Qualification: Graduation in any stream
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: Up to ₹3.50 LPA (depending on the candidate’s current package)
• Experience: Minimum 7-8 months in sales, preferably in the automobile sector
• Job Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu (candidates must be willing to travel nearby areas)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage efficient dealer and distribution networks in Erode and surrounding areas.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the Tamil Nadu Head.
• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify new markets and customer needs to enhance sales.
• Promote Tata Motors’ products/services and address client objectives.
• Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Build long-term customer relationships in Erode.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with competitors and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience of at least 7-8 months (automobile sales preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, or any local language of the Erode region.
