Position: Business Development Executive – BDE

Department: Marketing/Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• On-board insurance agents/brokers in Srinagar, JK
• Manage leads for car service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners in , Srinagar
• Process claim documents
• Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base in Jammu and Kashmir
• Independently manage daily activities and report to the branch manager in Srinagar
• Communicate effectively with customers, car workshops, and surveyors regarding customer needs

Requirements for BDE Position in Srinagar:

• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably, experience in the insurance sector or sales
• Graduation or Post Graduation required
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Local area knowledge of , Srinagar
• 0-3 years of sales and service experience
