Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales, Business Development, or Services in Hazaribag JH.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Hazaribag and nearby areas.
  • Knowledge of the local area.
  • Proficiency in field and office work.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate high-quality sales leads through cold calls and company-provided sources.
2. Conduct 12–15 conversations daily with potential clients.
3. Respond to email and phone inquiries from local distributors.
4. Educate potential clients on CEAT’s technology solutions and services.
5. Schedule and manage appointments with prospects, aiming for 3–5 qualified meetings weekly.
6. Maintain follow-up with existing prospects for demonstrations and updates.
7. Collaborate with the Hazaribag sales team for seamless operations.
8. Manage spares inventory, maintain stock records, and handle procurement.
9. Conduct surveys and collect business intelligence for CRM database updates.
10. Support leadership and assist with marketing functions and special projects.
