Key Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Officer, your duties will include:

• Leading a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) in Brahmapore.
• Recruiting and training BDEs and Junior Sales Executives.
• Managing sales targets and driving monthly performance in FMCG & Staples.
• Collaborating with the supply team to address product gaps and ensure competitive pricing.
• Educating buyers on the company app for organic purchases and range selling.
• Assigning and dividing sales targets by pin codes to ensure focused execution.
• Coaching the team for enhanced productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinating with operations to resolve delivery and payment issues while maintaining accurate reports.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Be familiar with the local area of Brahmapore.
• Possess strong communication, convincing, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to hire and manage a team of sales professionals.
