Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory, receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Supervise, organize, direct, and train warehouse employees to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to legal regulations and standards.
• Inspect and oversee the maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Manage logistics for transporting products, communicating with drivers and delivery partners to ensure efficient package deliveries.
• Achieve short-term and long-term operational goals while maintaining inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Basic understanding of Middle Mile Operations and Warehouse Operations.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language of Andhra Pradesh.
• Proven ability in decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership.
• Experience in Warehouse Operations or Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with local area geography in Kurnool and Andhra Pradesh.
• Graduate-level education is required.
